Biestmilch: a substance, an attitude and finally a way of life

As an athlete my life has always been structured around health and therefore also around biestmilch

Biestmilch, the old German term for first milk or colostrum, is something that was introduced to me as a sportman. Now, it has become part of my life in the sense that the people involved with this company, are ones that I hold so very dear to me, and the product itself is something I use honestly.
I don’t get paid to use it. I want to use it. I give it to my children. I believe in the strengths of Biestmilch, because I feel the difference. As an athlete my life has been structured around health and feeling good. I think more than any other profession on earth, athletes need to be in tune with their body and its «feel» both physically and mentally.
The physicality that is triathlon and the mental clarity that is required to focus for such long periods of time is why this fact is so true. If I am not feeling good, my body tells me very quickly.
Biestmilch as a product and a way of life has been critical for me. The benefits are felt and substantial and it was this that drew me to want to know more about this substance. From this intrigue grew my friendship with the company founders, and the realisation that they held true to the same view on health and fitness and ideologies of life as I do. It is the only product I use and I cannot praise it enough.
